CropShare(이하 "앱")는 사용자가 지정한 화면 영역을 같은 Wi-Fi 네트워크에 있는 다른 기기로 보내는 도구입니다. 이 문서는 앱이 어떤 정보를 다루고 다루지 않는지를 설명합니다.
공유를 시작하면 사용자가 지정한 사각형 영역만 캡처되어 전송됩니다. 지정한 영역 밖의 화면은 캡처되지 않습니다.
전송은 사용자의 기기에서 같은 네트워크의 수신 기기로 직접 이루어집니다. 중간 서버를 거치지 않으며, 개발자는 그 내용을 볼 수 없고 보관하지도 않습니다. 공유를 멈추면 전송된 화면은 어디에도 남지 않습니다.
공유를 시작할 때마다 여섯 자리 번호가 새로 만들어집니다. 이 번호를 아는 기기만 화면을 볼 수 있습니다. 번호는 기기 메모리에만 있으며 공유를 끝내면 사라집니다.
수신 기기가 번호를 한 번 맞히면, 보내는 기기가 그 브라우저에 무작위로 만든 값(쿠키)을 하나 줍니다. 다음부터는 이 값으로 그 기기를 알아보고 번호 없이 들어오게 합니다. 보내는 기기에는 이 값을 되돌릴 수 없게 바꾼 값(해시)과 마지막으로 쓴 시각만 저장합니다. 이름, 기기 정보, 위치 같은 개인정보는 담기지 않으며 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
쿠키는 최대 1년 동안 유지됩니다. 보내는 기기의 설정 > 접속 > 기억한 기기에서 모두 잊기를 누르면 그 즉시 모든 기기가 다시 번호를 넣어야 합니다. 수신 기기 쪽에서는 브라우저의 사이트 데이터를 지우면 됩니다.
수신 기기가 주변에서 찾을 수 있도록, 공유 중에는 기기 모델명(예: SM-X910)과
cropshare.local 이라는 이름이 이 기기의 같은 네트워크 주소와 함께 알려집니다.
이 이름 덕분에 장소를 옮겨 주소가 바뀌어도 같은 북마크로 들어올 수 있습니다.
이 정보는 네트워크 밖으로 나가지 않으며 공유를 끝내면 중단됩니다.
QR 코드를 읽을 때만 카메라를 사용합니다. 촬영한 영상은 화면에 표시되는 즉시 버려지며, 저장하거나 전송하지 않습니다.

전송 내용은 암호화되지 않습니다. 앱은 같은 네트워크 안에서 쓰는 것을 전제로 만들어졌고, 접속 번호로 접근을 제한합니다. 다만 같은 네트워크를 관리하는 사람이나 네트워크 장비는 오가는 내용을 볼 수 있습니다.
카페, 공항, 호텔처럼 모르는 사람과 함께 쓰는 Wi-Fi에서는 민감한 내용을 공유하지 마세요. 회사나 학교, 집처럼 신뢰할 수 있는 네트워크에서 사용하시기를 권합니다.
접속 번호는 여러 번 틀리면 일정 시간 접속이 막힙니다. 공유를 시작할 때마다 번호가 새로 만들어지므로 지난번 번호로는 접속할 수 없습니다. 다만 번호를 한 번 맞힌 기기는 기억되어 다음에도 번호 없이 들어옵니다. 모임이나 반이 바뀌면 설정에서 모두 잊기를 눌러 주세요.
앱은 특정 연령대를 대상으로 하지 않으며, 어린이를 대상으로 만들어지지 않았습니다. 개발자는 나이를 포함한 어떤 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다. 광고에서 쓰이는 정보는 6항에 적어 두었습니다.
무료로 쓰는 동안에는 매일 처음 1시간을 쓴 뒤, 원하면 광고를 보고 시간을 더 받을 수 있습니다. 광고는 구글 AdMob 이 제공하며, 이 과정에서 구글이 기기의 광고 ID, 대략적인 기기 정보, 대략적인 위치(국가 수준)를 광고를 고르고 성과를 재는 데 사용합니다.
이 정보는 구글이 다루며 개발자는 볼 수 없습니다. 구글이 어떻게 다루는지는 구글 파트너 사이트 정책 에서 확인할 수 있습니다.
기기 설정에서 광고 ID 삭제 또는 맞춤 광고 사용 중지 를 고르면 관심사 기반 광고를 끌 수 있습니다. 안드로이드에서는 설정 → 구글 → 광고 에 있습니다.
구독은 구글 Play 결제 를 통해서만 이루어집니다. 결제 정보는 구글이 처리하며 앱은 카드 번호 같은 결제 수단을 받지도 저장하지도 않습니다. 앱이 구글에서 받는 것은 구독이 살아 있는지 여부뿐입니다.
구독하면 광고가 나오지 않으며, 위의 광고 관련 정보 수집도 일어나지 않습니다.
위에 적은 광고와 결제를 빼면, 개발자가 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하는 정보는 없습니다. 공유되는 화면 내용은 광고나 결제와 아무 관련이 없으며 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
앱에 기능이 추가되어 다루는 정보가 달라지면 이 문서를 고치고 최종 수정일을 바꿉니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서도 알립니다.

CropShare ("the app") sends a screen area you choose to other devices on the same Wi-Fi network. This document explains what the app does and does not do with information.
When sharing starts, only the rectangular area you selected is captured and sent. Anything outside that area is not captured.
Transmission happens directly from your device to viewing devices on the same network. It does not pass through any intermediate server. The developer cannot see or store it. When you stop sharing, nothing remains anywhere.
A new six-digit code is created each time you start sharing. Only devices that know the code can view your screen. The code exists only in device memory and disappears when sharing ends.
Once a viewer enters the correct code, the sending device gives that browser a random value (a cookie). Next time it recognises the device by this value and lets it in without the code. The sending device stores only a one-way hash of the value and when it was last used. No name, device details, location or other personal information is involved, and nothing leaves the device.
The cookie lasts up to one year. On the sending device, Settings > Connection > Remembered devices > Forget all makes every device enter the code again. On a viewer, clearing the browser's site data removes it.
While sharing, your device model name (for example SM-X910) and the name
cropshare.local are announced on the local network together with this device's local
address, so viewers can find it. Thanks to the name, the same bookmark keeps working when you move and
the address changes. This never leaves the network and stops when sharing ends.
The camera is used only to read QR codes. The camera feed is discarded as soon as it is shown and is never stored or transmitted.

Everything stays on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

Transmitted content is not encrypted. The app is designed for use within a network you trust, and access is limited by the connection code. However, whoever manages that network, and the network equipment itself, can observe the traffic.
Do not share sensitive content on Wi-Fi you share with strangers, such as cafés, airports, or hotels. Use it on networks you trust, such as your workplace, school, or home.
Repeated wrong codes block connections for a while. A new code is generated each time sharing starts, so previous codes no longer work. Devices that entered the correct code once are remembered and come back without it; use Forget all in Settings when a group or class changes.
The app is not directed at any particular age group and is not made for children. The developer collects no personal information, including age. Information used for ads is described in section 6.
While you use the app for free, after the first hour each day you can watch an ad to get more time. Ads are served by Google AdMob. In the process Google uses your device's advertising ID, coarse device information and approximate location (country level) to select ads and measure their performance.
Google handles this information; the developer cannot see it. See Google's partner sites policy for details.
You can turn off interest-based ads by deleting your advertising ID or opting out of personalised ads in your device settings. On Android this is under Settings → Google → Ads.
Subscriptions go through Google Play Billing only. Google processes the payment; the app never receives or stores card details. All the app learns from Google is whether a subscription is currently active.
Subscribers see no ads, and none of the ad-related collection above takes place for them.
Apart from the ads and payments described above, the developer shares or sells nothing to third parties. Shared screen content has no connection to ads or payments and never leaves your devices.
If new features change what the app handles, this document will be updated and the date above changed. Significant changes will also be announced inside the app.
